Review of Breakdown (1997) by Oliver B — 06 Aug 2007
This is a thriller superior to almost all its peers. A really tight, tense story with believable characters you wholly believe, and care about. Its first act is shot through with a Hitchcockian sense of mystery rare in a film this young.
Absolutely thrilling from start to tremendous finish.
