Review of Behave Yourself! (1951) by Blais E — 02 Feb 2011
Enjoyable and funny early 50's screwball comedy (VERY hokey by today's standards-) starring a young and thin (WAAAAY before her "Poseidon Adventure" days-) Shelley Winters & Farley Granger as a recently-married couple who inadvertently get mixed up with a bunch of Noodle-Nogginned Gangsters (Played by a character-actor-lover's dream cast: Lon Chaney, Jr.
, Hans Conried, Sheldon Leonard, Francis L. Sullivan, Marvin Kaplan, & Allen Jenkins-) who continually bump each off while searching for the couple's dog, the lynchpin to carrying out their nefarious crime caper.
Lotsa' harmless fun.
