Review of Batman Begins (2005) by Abby T — 01 Feb 2014

As a kid Batman was always my favourite super hero by far. Fast forward to present day and he still is.

I never thought they'd make a batman better than the one made in the 80's with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson. I was wrong this film has completely destroyed all of its predecessors. Christian Bale is brilliant as batman and the supporting cast are all excellent. Christopher Nolan has made the batman story as realistic as possible. I particularly like the way batman takes on his opponents in true ninja style. Hiding in the shadows picking them off one by one. It's not done as much in the two sequels though. Out of all of the new generation superhero movies the new batman trilogy is way out in front.
