Wow, ok.
Not bad. I walked into this very skeptical.
The original move from Thailand was great. usually the pattern is; a remake is a failure.
This was ok.
They twisted the story around, in decent ways.
Fon is deaf, not Joe.
However they left the main aspects and story lines form the original in. And it worked. I am rather surprised.
I think the reason this worked, is because the original writters and directors form the original, did this one too.
The Pang Brothers.
Overall, very impressed. I actually rate this the same as I did for the original.
The reasons are different, but they equal out the same.
Bravo.
