Confused about the professional reviews too.... definitely a good movie. I do like it when some reviews are bad, but there are always good reviews to counter... but no good reviews?
Not as slow and artistic as some hint... but just a very good movie.
The theme behind it is a raw version of I Robot, which makes it more interesting.
Watched this movie and The Interview during the same evening, and I would only watch Automata again. Though the former was definitely hilarious the first time around.
