Review of Anna Karenina (1935) by Anna N — 21 Oct 2007
Too bad garbo is the only one in the film who even attempts to act. if only the rest of the cast was half as good as she was. its sad that such a decent adaptation is near ruin due to poor casting. Garbo however delivers a stand out performance.
when she leaves her husband and just walks through doorway after doorway while he screams after her....its awesome.
