Review of American Streetfighter (1992) by Cheddar D — 10 Feb 2008
It's a shame Gary Daniels died at such a young age, because he was on the path to international legacy, hero, and Croatian seamstress. I was on the edge of my seat for this thrilling film as I joined Jake Tanner on the fight of his life.
Lesser performances by Ian Jacklin and Jackie Mason brought down the authenticity of the film by a slight margin, but you can't break an egg without a fist, and you can't be the champ without a wheel to your name.
Food for thought, or all for naught? You decide.
