Review of A Cock and Bull Story (2005) by Lauri L — 14 Oct 2008

This is a really good film. It's starts of like a little goofy historical epic, turns into goofy movie about making a historical epic that is based on book. In between under and top of it it is movie about relationship, silly character of Steve Coogan and his many characters and in the middle of it there is great quote where Stephen Fry is playing himself as narrator of documents and says that the book "the Life and opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman" was based on the notion that life is a chaos and you can not put that in any form.

This movie is embodiment of that. Highly bright, clever and funny in the way that it tickles you to feel happy. Very colourful characters and surprising cameos.
