If you like British comedies, or if you've seen TV's Slings & Arrows, then you will like this film. It's funny in a gentle way, and has a fabulous cast, including Derek Jacobi sending himself up, Samantha Bond (looking very different from Miss Moneypenny) and Imelda Staunton.
If you want something harmless and amusing, where the humour of the fish out of water theme doesn't make you uncomfortable, then this is a film you should see.
