This project began as an exploration of Utah's outrageously high suicide rate amongst teenagers who had come out to their families and were cast aside. The film ending up become a scathing indictment of the Mormon church and their funneling of over $20 million dollars into the California ballot initiative to ban same-sex marriage.

Gay people don't fit into the BATSHIT CRAZY Mormon beliefs of afterlife because their whole goal is to have as any children as possible for their 'eternal family.' So, people who have always encouraged plural marriage and having as many children as humanly possible are trying to tell me who I can and can't love? I call bullshit.
