Review of 49 Up (2006) by Nick A — 18 Dec 2007
This is the first full movie of the 'Up' series I've watched in full, but that doesn't take away from it's impact. Apted seems to focus mainly on relationships in 49. What is interesting is, despite the unanimous feeling by the participants that being in these movies is a horrible experience, they keep coming back to do it.
I'm glad that they do, 'cause with the wide range of participants it is easy to find parallels in your own life.
