He moved with his parents at the age of six years old in Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone which he will be guided to find a pseudonym. After studying at the Beaux-Arts in Montpellier, he starts from 1954 to 1968 in nightclubs, author and interpreter of tales humorous, semi-improvised under the pseudonym of Small-Bobo. He went to Paris in 1957. It occurs at the Golden Horse. It is of the first parties such as that of Georges Brassens, with whom it binds friendship. It became popular in 1974 with the television series, the Brigades of The Tiger in which he played the inspector Marcel Terrasson. He has alternated roles in theatre, television and film where he played a secondary role. It has thus given a reply to Raymond Devos, Line Renaud, Lino Ventura, Michel Galabru... Pierre Maguelon was withdrawn in its house of Cabrespine in the Aude. The actor has been the victim of a brain hemorrhage when he participated in the theatre festival in Saint-André, Pyrénées-Orientales, of which he was the guest of honour. He died in the Hospital of Perpignan. After a funeral in the church of Saint-Etienne de Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, it is buried in the communal cemetery of the same township.
