Mostly television actor, it is, however, the film begins in 1986, in The Great Path of Jean-Loup Hubert, while he is a student at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris. After the theater and two other films, he took part in a 1989 shooting of the first episode of the series Navarro, on TF1, in which he played Joseph Blomet. This series brings him a certain notoriety and enabled him to encounter, in addition to Roger Hanin, one who will become a faithful friend and its inseparable partner : Christian Rauth. It is, in fact, with Christian Rauth that he creates, in 1999, the series The Monos, on France 2, where he plays the role of J. P., an educator, until 2001. It is always with the same companion that he then becomes the hero of the series Father and the Mayor for TF1. It is the role of the Father Erwan Vernoux, who is a character in constant dispute with his childhood friend, the mayor Hugo Boski, interpreted by Christian Rauth. If his role of the Father Erwan has made it less present in Navarro, Daniel Around, is no less faithful to the series of police until his death in 2006. Next to these recurring roles, he appears in a mini-series, such as A woman in white, Matches in sweden or even in the series Mademoiselle Joubert. It failed, in Paris, of a heart attack on April 11, 2006 at the age of 46 years. His funeral took place on April 19, 2006 at the Church of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce de Passy in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. He is buried in the cemetery of Malestroitdans the Morbihan.
