Son of military, it starts at the screen, in 1976, under the name of Bruno Staab in The pocket Money of François Truffaut. He continued his acting career under the pseudonym of Bruno du Louvat and we see him in a few films such as the Hotel de la plage (1978) in which he plays one of the young teenagers from Bruno Guillain and Sophie Barjac, or Mesrine (1984) avecNicolas Silberg. He was also a screenwriter (for TV series like Marc and Sophie, or A guy, a girl), and musician (lead singer of the group Borsalino). In 1996, he was the victim of an accident at the wheel of his car and becomes a quadriplegic. Published in 2001, his autobiographical novel Cavalcade was brought to the screen in 2005 by Steve Suissa with Titoff in the lead role.
