Boucar Diouf (sometimes spelled Boukar Diouf), Ph.D., born in Senegal in 1966, is a comedian, born quebec, a senegalese living in the city of Québec since 2005. He lives in Montreal in the Plateau Mont-Royal. He arrived in Quebec in 1991, to Rimouski, where he has taught oceanography.
In his sketches, it is often a matter of integration, of living in Africa and cultural differences. Also, he often becomes emotional when he speaks of his province, Quebec.
With undergraduate education at the university of Dakar, he holds a phd in oceanography from the University of Quebec at Rimouski UQAR, where he also taught.
In 2004, Boucar Diouf has had an important role in the movie The Happiness is a Sad Song. Since 2007, he is co-host and a columnist for the tv show Des kiwis et Des hommes, for which he has been a columnist in 2005 and 2006. He has been a columnist for the issuance to The pit of lions in 2006.
