Andre Falcon, born November 28, 1924 in Lyon and died on July 22, 2009 in Paris, is a French actor.
He graduated in 1946 from the Conservatoire, where he obtained the first prize for comedy classic, and the same year at the Comédie-Française, becoming at age 25 the youngest member. When he left the Comédie-Française in 1966, after having played the greatest roles in the repertoire, it is noted parFrançois Truffaut, who play in Stolen Kisses. It then rotates with Jacques Deray, Claude Lelouch, Henri Verneuil,Costa-Gavras, Claude Chabrol, Claude protestant redemption church, Bertrand Tavernier. It is made known also to the television, where it is listed in the credits of the Kings cursed, the Last Five Minutes of the Investigations of commissioner Maigret, of the Brigades of the Tiger, Julien Fontanes, magistrat — with Jacques Morel in the title role, and in which he played the role of the attorney and Gentlemen of the Jury. He has been seen subsequently in several television films of Jean-Daniel Verhaeghe, The Case Seznec and The Dreyfus Affair by Yves Boisset, as well as in the series Chez Maupassant. He continues in the same play at the theatre. His last appearance dates from 2005, where he played the father in The Announcement made to Mary Claudel, in a staging deChristian Schiaretti at the TNP of Villeurbanne. He is buried in the Montparnasse cemetery.
