Review of Silence (2017) by Nicholas G — 16 Jan 2017
Silence is a mostly-quiet movement. The pacing is intentionally slow, the shots are beautifully put together, and the acting is exceptional. This might be a downer of a film, but it is exceptionally well made and cast.
This film requires a great investment of time, because you'll be exhausted by the time the credits roll, and still not have a great idea of the point of the whole thing.
