Review of Silence (2017) by Timothy A — 28 Sep 2017
It *is* pretty, but it's basically just a case of Martin Scorsese getting closer to religion as he gets closer to death. As far as stories about religious freedom go, it's hard to root for a group of people practising an imported and unfamiliar brand of twaddle and the peddlers who brought it to them.
