Review of I Am (2011) by Matt G — 06 Dec 2011
Proof that critics are cynics - and as Oscar Wilde so aptly put it:
"What is a cynic? A man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing.".
This film is the most life-affirming, optimistic, thought provoking look at life on this planet that I have seen in decades. I had already begun a transformation away from materialism when I saw this, and it shone a bright light on my soul.
I have been taking action every day in every way I can to improve the circumstances of my fellow travelers and each act is a reward in itself.
Don't give up, reinvent (or recall) what it means to be human. Stand up for the herd. Love yourself and those around you.
Spread the message of this film.
