This is my guilty pleasure: I got this movie on DVD for Christmas. I can't believe I didn't have it on my list of favorites. It is my absolute fave, saw it when I was 6 and have been obsessed with it ever since.
It's super cheesy, romantic and has Gene Kelly in it as well as leg warmers and 1940s swing band. It has magic in it and an immortal becomes mortal through the true love of a mortal man on roller skates.
Cheeeeeeeesy! Cult classic. I have 4 copies in VHS. I wanted my name to be Kira when I was younger. Music from ELO, ONJ and Gene Kelly (as well as dancing)...does it get any better?
