Review of X2 (2003) by Seth B — 07 Dec 2012
This is "The Empire Strikes Back" of comic book movies! The entire cast are perfect and the story is vastly improved from the first film, which itself is a very good movie. Not many films could get away with using its most amazing sequence for the openning scenes but X2 pulls it off.
Its hard to imagine anyone else filling Wolverines sideburns other than Jackman. Even the closing scene got the fanboy in me tingling seeing that pheonix shadow beneath the lake, its just a pity X3 fumbled the ball a bit on that one.
