Review of Womb (2010) by John O — 13 May 2012
This was bloody weird! For some reason its called Clone in the UK and Womb everywhere else!
While I applaud films that challenge conventional thinking and tackle taboos, this 'love story' just made me feel uncomfortable from start to finish. Set in the very near everyday future, the sci-fi element is less than 1% of the story and the ultra slow pace together with huge time jumps didn't help despite the beautiful cinematography.
