Review of Wild Bill (2011) by Alex L — 25 Apr 2012
If you're expecting a rollicking British gangsta caper, you'll be disappointed. If you're expecting a great but understated emotional story with characters delivered with solid performances and script writing, then it's definitely for you.
Directed and co-written by Dexter Fletcher, it's great to see him go from child actor in Bugsy Malone, The Elephant Man and wisecracking American Spike Thompson in Press Gang to producing fantastic British cinema.
