Review of Whitey: United States of America v. James J. Bulger (2014) by Homerbaldman — 27 Jun 2014
Of course the movie is interesting, when you look at the number of books written about Bulger you can tell the public loves this guy, well at least they like hearing about the things he did. But the movie did come up short in one respect: the writer at the end hit it right on the head when he said that they could've indicted 12 FBI agents, where are they? I think an Errol Morris would've dug a little deeper, it couldn't been that hard to find the agents under suspicion and at least ask a question or two on camera.
Not too deep but quite riveting at times.
