I discovered this film on the Meetup App and was pleasantly surprised at the cinematography and storyline. This is a beautiful, if twisted, depiction of two paraplegic drug-addled characters trying to understand why there's a reason to keep going.

The chemistry was surprisingly good and worked well. Though they were often at odds with each other--and the main character was often fairly passive, save for his suicidal tendencies--they grew to connect with one another, which made their bond all the more touching.
