Review of Vive L'Amour (1995) by Stella D — 28 Jul 2012
My reaction to Tsai's film always run the gamut from frustration to confused rage (HULK SMASH), but at least he provokes a reaction and his work is always original and stays true to what he wants to do.
As Tsai so recently said, his films are not for the average movie-goer. Take what you will from watching this film but throw out your pre-conceived ideas of what film should be.
