I came to love the classic Universal Frankenstein films with Boris Karloff as the monster. I did not care too much about the mad scientist and his assistant. This version brought a fresh reinterpretation of the characters Victor and Igor and made them so relatable and so likeable.
They became like Holmes and Watson.
