Review of Trumbo (2007) by Scott W — 03 Jan 2016
Truly the most realistic story of all the blacklisted film writers of the red scare in Hollywood, the paranoia that takes us all the way through it, and then enlightens us as to how it ends. An excellent script, superbly acted, directed.
And edited. Cranston is at peak performance here and captures it all. A special applause to John Goodman who never fails to thrill us in whatever role he plays. You don't want to miss this one.
