Review of Trash Humpers (2010) by Ben P — 17 May 2010
Somewhere between art house (minus the boring) and skate video (minus the skating), Trash Humpers is all about some old people in the suburbs of the south who like to tap dance, break televisions, roll around with ugly hookers, fuck dumpsters, and fellate trees.
It doesn't aspire to much besides making you laugh and achieving a weird and original lack of artfulness like a David Shrigley doodle, but it achieves a lot in the process. Filmed and edited on VHS, this is found footage of that childhood you lost.
And don't deny that you were a total perv as a kid.
