Review of Trash Fire (2016) by Brett B — 17 Nov 2016

This is a unique, strange and a very different film. I hadn't heard of it before but it sounded interesting, and I can say that it was worth the watch. It mixes aspects of horror and comedy with a vein of mystery also mixed into it.

I have to give props to the actors here, because their characters are so unpleasant and mean. they seems so believable and real, that you don't want to care for them, but you do. It's darkly comical and then just straight up dark, and it mixes both of those elements well.

The directing is great, the writing is sharp and witty, and it's incredibly entertaining. A very fun and entertaining watch.
