Review of Traffik (2018) by Larry S — 17 Jul 2018
Paula Patton and Omar Epps are a couple headed for a getaway in the Northern Californian mountains, where Epps hopes to ask Patton's hand in marriage. However, a chance encounter with some bikers at a rest stop along the way will leave them embroiled in the midst of a vicious human traffiking ring and fighting for their lives.
This movie, in my opinion, is not exceptional but it does highlight the world wide horrific problem of the human traffiking of women across the globe, and those persons in power who choose to ignore it.
