There are many cheap and unsophisticated movies to deal with "Death". But this movie is not like them. This film didnt try to get public sympathy and make people cry. Talented director Ozon just depict one sad guy dying with cancer in a ironic and clever way.
I was really impressed and somehow satisfied after watching this film.
