(1939) They Shall Have Music.
SOCIAL COMMENTARY/ DRAMA/ MUSICAL.
Story reflects on nurturing impoverished underage children who love music and instruments which may seem outdated since alot of successful musicians or music artists are great contributers to music and the arts! Centers on a particular underage teenage kid with aspirations to become a great violinist! Excellent beginning and then after awhile falls to the conventional 'save my musical school' formula with execellent intentions! There's also some excellent violin playing from real life classical violinist aficionado Jascha Heifetz!
3 out of 4.
