Review of The Wrong Guys (1988) by Ali S — 06 Jul 2007
Pretty poor movie, but then I expected it to be, what film about middle aged men recapturing their old cup scout days wouldn't be? In fact I only rented it because it came up in the list when I was searching for "Richard Dean Anderson", but didn't show in the list of films he'd been in, so I thought I'd see if he was in it.
He wasn't... Though Jonathan Brandis was, for about 5 minutes, I preferred the bit of the film at the beginning that was the kids, rather than seeing them as adults. Stupid slapstick film, appeals to kids I guess, can't really see why anyone thought it might be a good idea.
