Review of The War on Democracy (2007) by Isaac C — 27 Jul 2009
A good documentary, similar to some of his other films, but his arguments are not quite as strong. For example, when John asked Chavez about the rate of poverty despite the oil money, in my opinion, Chavez talked around it.
The interpretation of Chavez' answer depends on the viewer's perspective, as I see it as an answer a disliked politician would say. The piece on Allende and Bolivia was strong.
