A friend of mine recommended that I watch this film if I ever wanted to do a one man show as an example of what some wonderfully written monologues can do for someone's career.
I took the bait. I didn't know I was in for one of the most uncomfortable film experiences of my life. I felt like I was opening the door to a world of femininity that isn't often understood by men.
Yeah, I felt uncomfortable watching it, but thats not to say that it was bad. On the contrary, it was incredibly sophisticated writing and I'd recommend it to any woman, really.
