Review of The Unseeable (2006) by Elaine L — 21 May 2008
Heavy on the atmosphere. Some genuinely scary bits. Slightly predictable. But you will likely never find a better looking ghost film around.
And pay attention to all the details in the surroundings too. Because Thai culture is much more sensitive to spirits than their western counterparts there are ghosts everywhere in this film. In doorways. Hands resting on the lips of jars. Thais believe there are ghosts everywhere and Wisit plants them wherever he can!
Awesome stuff.
