People that know things and can have conversations about varied subjects are usually more interesting and entertaining. At least to me.
The idea of driving around Italy tasting amazing food and visiting superb restaurants in idyllic locations sounds amazing. If you do the trip with two people that can quote Shelley and Byron and at the same time make fun of the Godfather odds are I would have a pretty amazing time.
The Trip to Italy is a sequel to the original Trip. The idea is pretty much the same. Two dudes driving around, shooting the shit, laughing at each other and at everyone else.
This is a movie for movie lovers (too many classic film references), food enthusiasts and above all anyone that can enjoy good banter.
While not as good as the original and missing that memorable scene, this is still a great film that should entice anyone that can to spend a week in Campania.
