As a story, Vikaren is lacking. But one the other hand, it is just a simple little film with one of the best children casts ever in a Danish film.
And on top of that, the greatest Danish actress of her generation gives one of the funniest performances of the decade. Paprika Steen IS this movie - and it's one hell of a time...!
