Review of The Subject Was Roses (1968) by M S — 15 Oct 2005
A powerful adaptation of Frank D. Gilroy's Pulitzer Prize-winning play. This guy knows how to write. The acting was also great. They don't make em like this anymore. Dialogue driven. No fun at all, but right to the bone for two hours straight.
