Review of The Story of O (1975) by Damien K — 03 Apr 2012
When I first heard of this story and the controversy following about its author, I thought the movie would be a cut-and-paste job of an erotic classic. But I liked this movie a lot more than I had anitcipated.
I saw this at a point in my life where I was exploring this side of me. While I continue to do so, this movie, as well as the actual story, are hallmarks in erotica. By modern standards, Rouqelaure's Sleeping Beauty trilogy come a pretty close second. But nothing comes close to O, in my opinion.
