No shame that Michael Dowd fella. Not even 'Serpico' would stop the dirtiest cop in New York from treating the streets like the wild west. I really hope this gets made into a film and with Yann Demange rumoured to direct and the right cast in place, it could be a classic.
I can't get over some of his antics. Makes Harvey Kietel's 'Bad Lieutenant' look like Chief Wiggum.
