Funny, good-natured, sweet and appropriately sad in equal measures. The Sessions boasts a perfectly mature and humorous story and the sexuality is very discreet in nature, despite the brave amounts of nudity displayed by Helen Hunt.
Both Hunt and her partner, John Hawkes, are pitch perfect, and William H. Macy is very good as Father Brendan. A great movie!
