Review of The Science of Sleep (2006) by Jessica W — 23 Jul 2009
This is like my perfect movie. I am fanatical about the sub-conscious and dreams.
The basic plot of this movie reminds me of a poem I once analysed, whereby the persona had an extreme condition of being unable to determine the difference between reality and her dreams (I'm not sure what the writer's real meaning behind the poem was, but that was my interpretation of it.).
I love the way this movie looks. I love the way it fits together. I love the interruptions in the storyline, the confusion. I love the protagonist. I love it, I love it, I love it. A very tasty film for strange people like me.
