Review of The Preppie Connection (2016) by Luisa V — 09 Apr 2016

Watching the movie transported me into a teenage world that I was never a part of. I attended a strict catholic high school in which the kids who were caught doing marijuana were expelled immediately. I was also pleasantly surprised by end, which is unique among all the happy endings that mainstream media creates.

The downward spiral takes a tragic turn that mirror reals life. I was also impressed by the director's commitment to tell this story. A story that many teenagers today should watch, so they can see what drugs can do to one's life.
