Cheesy, low budget, etc. I love crappy b-movies so it worked for me. The acting is terrible, but the story has potential. If you have nothing better to do, it's worth a watch as long as you go in expecting crappy b-movies budget.
If you expect an Oscar worthy film... Skip this one.
