Review of The Mudge Boy (2003) by Scott C — 18 Jun 2011
An intelligent and sensitive coming-of-age film which touches on the themes of sexuality, grief and acceptance. I found it quite moving and atmospheric in the way that "Sling Blade" was able to capture something of the US South and rural life.
Definitely worth watching again.
