Still my favorite from Beineix and one of my best from the eighties! Can you dream of love and happiness in a dreamy urban netherworld were social barriers are merciless? As said Gerard in the movie: "La chance n'existe pas.
.. (There is no such thing as luck)". The cinematography is stunning and the main actors (G. Depardieu, N. Kinsky & V. Abril) are very good.
