Review of The Mirror (2014) by Melissa L — 25 May 2015

Normally I do not like horror movies because there's little imagination and usually just cheap jump scares and cheaper effects. The Mirror, though, I thought was really good for a movie with very little in terms of budget.

The actors did a really good job and the effects were really nice. The gore wasn't overdone or overused. Also, this is a handheld camera style movie for the most part but it's not shaky-cam for those (like me) who can't stand it.

I actually highly recommend this movie.
