Review of The Littlest Rebel (1935) by Ashley H — 10 Dec 2018
The Littlest Rebel is an okay film. It is about the daughter of a Confederate officer who visits with President Lincoln in an effort to get her father released from a Union prison. Shirley Temple and John Boles give decent performances.
The screenplay is a little slow in places. David Butler did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the humor and drama.
